PressedByMaya Policies

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This includes sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect nail size selection by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itsamayab17@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Sizing Responsibility

All nail sets are handmade and customized based on the size provided at checkout.

By purchasing a made-to-order set, you agree to one of the following:

• You provided accurate custom measurements
• OR you selected a preset size at your own risk

Because of the custom nature of press-on nails, we do not offer refunds or free remakes for sizing issues.

A free remake will only be offered if the error was made by PressedByMaya (wrong size created from measurements provided).

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
