Ordering

How do I order a custom set?
Send a DM on Instagram with your design idea. After we discuss details, you will receive an invoice to complete your order.

Do I have to pay before you start my nails?
Yes. Payment must be completed before any materials are prepared or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled after payment because materials and time are reserved specifically for you.

Sizing

Why did I only receive a sizing kit?
All custom sets are made to your exact nail sizes. The sizing kit is sent first so your set fits perfectly and is reusable.

How do I send my sizes?
Try on each numbered nail and message your size numbers through Instagram or email as instructed in your kit.

When does my processing time start?
Processing time begins after we receive your sizes — not when you place the order.

Do I need a sizing kit every time I order?
No! Only for your first order (or if you switch shape/length). After that, I keep your sizes saved for future sets.

Why do I need a sizing kit?
All nail brands use different molds, so sizes are not universal.
To guarantee the best fit, a sizing kit is strongly recommended before ordering a made-to-order set.

Can I skip the sizing kit?
Yes, you may select a preset size (XS-L). However, fit is not guaranteed and remakes/refunds are not offered for incorrect sizing.

Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to get my nails?
Time is split into two stages:

• Sizing stage (shipping the kit)

• Production stage (after sizes are confirmed)

Your set is handmade after sizing confirmation and then shipped.

Do you offer rush orders?
If available, rush orders will be listed or discussed before payment.

Where do you ship?
Shipping locations and options will be shown at checkout/invoice.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final.

What if my nails don’t fit?
If a sizing kit was used and applied correctly, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect sizes submitted by the customer are not eligible for remakes.

What if my nails arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Wear & Care

How long do press-ons last?
With proper prep and application, they can last 1–3 weeks and are reusable.

Do nails come with an application kit?
Each order includes basic prep items and instructions.

Can I reuse my nails?
Yes! Proper removal and storage keeps them reusable.
